The Beaches Runners Running Club

Well, it's that time again. Time to start eating well, sleeping lots, warming up, cooling down, cross training and LONG RUNS! Yay.

The Beaches Running Room Marathon Clinic starts next Thursday January 21.

Duff will be your fearless leader solo this time. Nir and I will help out when we can. Running with Scissors will once again serve as a point of reference for training documents, user input, feedback and camaraderie online. Use it to your advantage. I will answer any and all questions and if I can't, I will find someone who can!

It's been busy around the office headquarters of Running with Scissors. Plans for the future year are bright, including a surprise I have been mentioning which will change the face of  Toronto's Beach Runners forever....I hope.

Stay tuned as the new year holds many exciting ventures.

How is everyone. Is anyone stopping by here in this off season with no action? I'd love to hear whjat people are doing in between marathon training programs.

I myself have just been forced to take a break with a broken toe. You can read the gory details on my blog page.
